Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Schedule, route, and delegate day-to-day tasks, projects, and expectations.
Recruit, hire, and train all employees on a daily basis.
Check on properties to ensure quality is at its best.
Hold daily/weekly safety, quality control, and customer service meetings.
Keep inventory of products, equipment, etc.
Provide leadership and guidance to field managers and supervisors, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage budgetary responsibilities, including cost control measures and resource allocation.
Requirements
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a lawn or landscaping field.
Experience with best practices of safety, time management, and overseeing payroll.
Familiarity with supply chain management practices, including inventory control and procurement.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
