Route Leaders
PGA Lawn Care is a high-end residential lawn care maintenance company looking to expand our current crew. Route Leaders are a pivotal position in our company. You will not only manage your assigned route, but you will also be responsible for the outcome of every project on your route, making sure the needed equipment is on the truck, and overseeing the crew. As with every PGA Lawn Care employee, building relationships with the customers is part of your daily tasks.
This position will be eligible for a monthly bonus!

Landscape Production Manager
PGA Lawn Care is a high-end residential lawn care maintenance company looking to expand our manager crew. We are looking for a Production Manager to help supervise three departments, mowing, installing and irrigation. This role will encompass scheduling, planning, and training, as well as leading safety and educational meetings for the PGA Lawn Care crew. Organizational skills and the ability to provide leadership for the field supervisors daily are essential for this position. Furthermore, we need this position to be able to analyze production data and metrics by finding areas of improvement, including cost control and suggesting implementation of corrective actions. This position will help build stronger crews through fostering a positive and productive work environment. As with every PGA Lawn Care employee, building relationships with the customers is part of your daily tasks.
This is a salary role with bonus opportunities!
